During the installation of the corrugated roof sheets all operatives fall arrest harnesses are fitted with double lanyard system as per TG20:13 requirements to ensure the operative is clipped on at all times.
Monarflex sheeting is secured to all elevations to ensure your property is completely watertight for the duration of your project.

When constructing timber framed buildings, initially there is no building or structure in place to tie against prior to the installation of the scaffolding. The scaffold may be rectangular in shape, and surrounding a structure, but it is still vital that measures to ensure stability and safety are incorporated.
Internal guardrails are fitted on all elevations unless the main contractor provides an alternate internal fall arrest such as bean bags, or safety netting.
Once the timber frame is secured on all elevations the scaffolding is generally adapted. This consists of an inside board being removed and the transoms being pulled back creating a suitable gap allowing the building to be clad and insulated by other site trades.
Maximum stability of a freestanding scaffold structure must be achieved by means other than ties or butting tubes to the Timber Frame building. Cross bracing, raking braces or building various buttress’s are all methods of achieving this.

The Rhino Trestle and Handrail system / crash deck can be rapidly and easily installed. It is up to ten times faster to install Rhino Deck than traditional scaffolding, meaning two workmen can be expected to construct around 50 sq metres per hour of the platform system. No hand tools or fasteners are required in neither the erection or dismantling.
